I had a wonderful stay at this resort which felt just like a home away from home. The spacious two-bedroom unit was well-equipped, making my family feel comfortable during our trip. The staff was friendly and responsive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the dining options were limited, we enjoyed the convenience of cooking in the kitchenette. The pools and family-oriented amenities were fantastic for our kids. However, the living space could benefit from a bit more natural light, and the lack of a restaurant on-site was a downside for us.

7.0/10
We had a pleasant stay overall at Williamsburg Plantation Resort, appreciating the spacious accommodations and family-friendly amenities. While the location was fantastic for exploring nearby historical sites, we faced some issues with unpleasant odors and aggressive sales tactics during check-in, which was disappointing. The experience was somewhat overshadowed by these negatives, but we enjoyed our time at the pools and outdoor activities.
Rooms

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, but there was a strong odor that was quite off-putting when we first entered. Once we moved to another room, it was much better, but that initial experience was not ideal.

Service was a mixed bag; while some staff were helpful, the aggressive sales approach during check-in was frustrating and made for an awkward start.
